855ph Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and 855ph ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 855ph website and all associated services, games, and features.

By accessing 855ph, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

855ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of 855ph following any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 855ph. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed. Any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact support rather than registering a new account.

During the registration process and at any point thereafter, 855ph may require you to provide identity verification documentation (KYC). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time or submission of false or misleading documentation will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 855ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact details. You must not share your login information with any other person.

855ph employs SSL encryption across all platform sessions and OTP-based verification for sensitive account actions. However, these protections do not substitute for your own responsibility to keep your credentials secure. Accessing your account on shared devices or public networks increases your exposure to security risks and is done at your own discretion.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 855ph support immediately. 855ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have delayed reporting a suspected breach.

All account activity — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses activated — conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you unless you have promptly notified 855ph of a suspected security breach before that activity occurred.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 855ph account are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No other currency is accepted or paid out. There are no currency conversion fees applicable to account transactions.

Deposits may be made using the Philippine payment methods available through the platform at the time of your deposit, which may include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and available local e-wallets. The full list of currently supported payment methods is available on the Deposit page.

Funds deposited to your 855ph account are held for gaming purposes on the platform only. Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than participating in the games and betting activities available on 855ph.

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method or bank account registered to your 855ph account. 855ph may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.

855ph reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request pending verification review, compliance checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is declined following a confirmed fraud investigation, the affected balance may be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

855ph offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the individual terms and conditions attached to each offer, which will be displayed within the offer itself on the Promotions page.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers on 855ph unless an individual offer's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players 21 years of age and older with fully verified accounts.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one activation per verified player account and per household unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will forfeit the bonus and any bonus-linked winnings accumulated to that point.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• 855ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect already-activated offers mid-completion.

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other method deemed abusive by 855ph may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and potential account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 855ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tools to access, interact with, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
• Exploit abuse: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake identified on the platform, whether or not the exploit produces a financial gain.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 855ph account.
• Money laundering: Using 855ph for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

855ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 855ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, interruption of service, or errors in game results that are corrected under these Terms.

In circumstances where a game result or bet outcome is affected by a demonstrable technical error, 855ph reserves the right to void the affected bet or adjust the outcome to reflect the correct result. Where a bet has already been settled incorrectly due to a technical error, 855ph may recover any overpayment from your account balance.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of 855ph.

Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your 855ph account at any time by contacting member support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals of your real money balance will be processed to your verified payment method. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

855ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, prohibited conduct, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed by 855ph following a confirmed terms breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at your request or by 855ph for reasons unrelated to terms breach, your real money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method following the completion of any required verification.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

855ph is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. As a condition of your account, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You are not registering or playing on behalf of another person, including a minor.
• You understand that gaming on 855ph involves financial risk and that no outcome is guaranteed.
• You agree to use responsible gaming tools — including spending limits and activity tracking — to manage your gaming behaviour.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction applied to your account, whether voluntarily or by 855ph.
